Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) Supreme Student Council (SSC) newly-formed Internal Affairs Ad Hoc Committee released initial findings on investigations following the alleged bullying by selected SSC executive officers, Feb. 11
Established through SSC Resolution No. 2 s. 2025, the Internal Affairs Ad Hoc Committee sets to investigate the allegations of misconduct and other internal matters circulating the alleged bullying incident.
In a prior context provided in the same resolution, a Facebook user named "Rosal Bulecana" posted Messenger screenshots from a private group chat intended for a council-related project. These messages from select SSC executive officers and college representatives contained "disrespectful language" directed at their fellow council members and former Director of the Office of Student Development and Services (OSDS) Dr. Lynette G. Cleto.

Among these council members include Denise Margarette Madrid (President); Axcel Rose Bates (Vice President); Cee Jay Sureta (Acting Secretary); Joseph Andrei Torres (former Public Relations Officer); Lheanmuel Sawit (former Treasurer); Danica Rose Olat (former College of Law Representative); Glen Suetos (College of Architecture and Sustainable Built Environments Representative); and John Mark Guiao (College of Education Representative)
Through SSC Memorandum No. 2025-0205-01, College of Information Systems and Technology Management (CISTM) Representative Shaina Reine Reyes added to these findings that the alleged name "Rosal Bulecana" as confirmed by the Ad Hoc committee, is not a bonafide student of the Pamantasan and that no prior posts were deleted before the controversial screenshot post.
Reyes also added that the post was published on Nov. 20 but the user’s Facebook account was found deactivated a day after, hence, the account can no longer be traced.
The CISTM Representative, who is also the chairperson of the Internal Affairs Ad Hoc Committee, emphasizes that "every possible effort was made to retrieve information" and they are now "taking steps to move forward."
According to their investigation timeline in the SSC Resolution No. 2 s. 2025, the committee plans to determine the anonymous poster's intent; investigate the methods on accessing Sureta's Facebook account (the screenshots' point of view); conduct interviews with the alleged victims; and verify the validity and "integrity" of the screenshots (edited/cropped/taken out of context), among others. These plans are set to be rolled out this February.
